  • Visit Jetty Island, a two-mile long, 200-yard wide man-made island located near downtown Everett and the new Naval Station. A free ferry runs to the island from July to Labor Day. The jetty is a great place to swim, picnic, beachcomb, and bird watch.
  • Ride on the Mosquito Fleet (1-800-888-2535) and enjoy a memorable, educational, and safe whale watching experience. Tours in the San Juan Islands, Puget Sound, and areas north of Seattle feature the beauty of Orca whales and other marine life.
  • Enjoy a slice of culture at the Arts Council of Snohomish County , just a short walk from the train station at the historic Monte Cristo. The Center features six exhibits throughout the year. Stop by the Gallery to see what’s going on and while you are there, shop the Gallery Store for local art and unusual gifts. For more information, call 425-257-8380.
  • Root, root, root!, for the home team, the Everett AquaSox.
  • Discover fresh, local produce, flowers, crafts, and baked goods at the Everett Farmer's Market. The market is located just north of Marine Village on the waterfront and is open Sundays, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. April 16 - September 24. Call 425- 258-3356 for information.
